Organic Raw Buckwheat Porridge – Perfect for babies from 4 months, our Organic Raw Buckwheat Porridge is an excellent choice for the first stage of complementary feeding.

Made from 100% organic hulled buckwheat groats, this porridge is a natural source of dietary fibre, supporting healthy digestion. Unlike heat-treated buckwheat, raw buckwheat retains more nutrients and offers a milder, sweeter taste, making it ideal for young palates.

This porridge can be prepared just as quickly as other instant options, providing convenience without compromising on nutrition. Ingredients: organic hulled buckwheat groats (100%). May contain traces of gluten.

Store conditions: unopened package store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened seal the remaining product for freshness. Recommended to be consumed within 3 – 4 weeks from opening to retain best quality.

Cooking instruction: Pour about 20 g (4-5 teaspoons) of the product into 200 ml of cold water and soak for 5 minutes. Stir the mixture until boiling and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes. Once cooked turn off the cooker and leave the pot covered for another 4-5 minutes. Ready product can be diluted with mothers milk or milk formula. Porridge can be flavoured with “Mamuko” fruit puree.
