Ingredients: organic hulled broken raw buckwheat (20,8%), organic polished crushed barley (20,8%), organic crushed Spelt wheat (20,8%), organic crushed rye (20,8%), organic oat flakes (16,7%).

Store conditions: unopened package store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened seal the remaining product for freshness. Recommended to be consumed within 3 – 4 weeks from opening to retain best quality.

Cooking instruction: Pour about 25 g (5-6 teaspoons) of the product into 250 ml of cold water and soak for 5 minutes. Stir the mixture until boiling and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes. Once cooked turn off the cooker and leave the pot covered for another 4-5 minutes. Ready product can be diluted with mothers milk or milk formula. Porridge can be flavoured with “Mamuko” fruit puree.
