Lemon balm leaves and lavender flowers may help maintain normal nervous system function and normal sleep quality.

Preparation and use:
For children below the age of 4 years, pour 150 ml of boiled water over 1 bag of tea and cover. In 10 minutes gently squeeze the tea bag. Drink 2 times daily.
For children older than 4 years, pour 150 ml of boiled water over 1–2 bags of tea and cover. In 10 minutes gently squeeze the tea bags. Drink 3 times daily.
